By far, the worst company in the world. I've spent months in third world countries and not lost service as much as I do with Zito. It's multiple times a week, for hours. Currently, I am on day 5 of no internet with no estimated time of restoration. At least 20 calls I have put in over the last 5 days to try and see a time, or when I can expect. Losing tons of money and jobs as I work remote from home. They don't care. There is NO other internet provider in the area so they do not have any incentive to be decent. Customer service is horrible, they told me to go buy an ethernet cable to test my modem that's not working. No. Just NO. ZERO STARS. I'd pay $300 a month to just have service at this point.

I have been here in Florida for 1.5 years and have never had a problem. The internet is down now because of a storm and waiting for service.

Awful service. I work from home and with out fail the internet usually goes out around 3. Their excuse is “emergancy maintenance”. The day a more reliable internet service comes into this area, I am done with these people. ***checking in for my monthly outage 2/22/22 at 1:00 pm*** ***checking in for my monthly outage. Even though I explained that I work from home, they can not help me until next week. 9/4/2022***

Can we cancel Fibervision contract without penalty since Zito is not providing same channel lineup?

The answer is no. I called them and was told that all they have to do is offer programming even though they dumped tvland and stars from my lineup. That isn't what I paid for. I was basically told, too bad.

No one is answering phone. Who is Zito Media? What happened to Fibervision? Cannot pay bill on-line via LightningSpeed. What is happening?
