After receiving my new speaker , it proved to be a defective item and I returned to mobile medics and the owner Luke verified that the speaker was defective. He ordered a replacement and within several days I returned to his shop and he installed the new speaker which works perfectly. He replaced it and installed it and did not charge me. I am grateful for his kindness and generosity. Add those virtues to competency and a commendable work ethic and you have a real winner in today's society of chaos and greed. I am most grateful. Original visit review: Motorola Ace One cell phones speaker failed and I spoke with both T-Mobile and Best Buy regarding repair and was advised that it would be better for me to purchase a new phone which would have cost up to $600 out of pocket which being on fixed income I simply could not spare. I looked for independent repair shops and the fifth one that I found was this mobile medics in Ocala. It is a family-run business and Luke who runs it ordered the part and installed it for $40.00. He also showed me that my battery was deteriorating and I could visually verify that because the battery pack was puffy showing that some type of gases were being discharged within a sealed packet. He is ordering a new battery for me and will install it when it comes in. I highly recommend this place for their efficiency expertise honesty and kindness. A winning and priceless combination. Highly recommended in a world where there is such a paucity of competency. Excellence should always be rewarded. And kindness is never lost but always remembered with gratitude.
