Personally, I have been going to see Nicole for years. She does an excellent job and is very easy to interact with. She has a great place with great people. When Nicole is not available (very rare occassion if you get on the books), I have had great experiences with others that work there.

Hi Crystal! The oil treatment is done by our massage therapist. You would lay on the table and she uses oils to massage your scalp and runs some of oil thru the hair (lightly). If you have any further questions please let us know.
I believe they take walk-ins if available, but they are usually pretty booked up with appointments. A call ahead is never a bad idea.
