This place is not income based, the rent is a set rate based on apt size studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms ect studios start around $1450, 2 bedroom start around $1900.. they do verify that you meet certain income levels to insure you will be able to afford the rent.. in most cases you'll need to gross at least 2 or 3x the monthly rent depends on the apartment community.
Rent is a set rate, but I believe they do check income verification during application.
