Just recently moved in and am loving it so far. I had a problem with my garbage disposal being broken when I moved in and maintance came a few days later and fixed it no problem. It is upsetting that the pool is not open and am hoping that gets fixed soon. Everyone in the office has been nice and my place was super clean and ready to go when moving-in came time. The parking situation is a bit rough, having to pay for an open lot when it's not guaranteed you'll get a spot late at night. Other than the pool and parking I think it's great!

It was a very cold experience. I left something that was obvious to anyone it was meant to be kept and probably forgotten upon moving out. As I called only hours after the apartment was cleared out. There was no remorse or invitation of empathy. It was you snooze you lose attitude. There is no heart. It stands to reason. Because when they flooded my apartment there was no effort on their part to recompense me for the trouble. And they charged me for the electrical I had to use extra for their drying machines to protect their investment, but surely did not care about my state of being. I know because they waited over a month to remove their machines from my apartment. Terrible living environment. I would look elsewhere if I were you. It is. Not worth the premium you pay at all. Amateurs at best!

Went from the best to the worst. Trash never picked up. Cars get towed for permits no residents are aware of. Garages flood when it rains. This “luxury” experience you pay for and expect, isn’t so luxurious. The pool is never open and always dirty. Dumpsters over flow on a weekly basis. If something goes wrong in your apartment you can’t expect a reliable maintenance service to assist you. The people in the office are very rude and never understanding. My apartment didn’t have a dryer for 3 months and had to pay for laundry mat. I’ve lost so much food from my refrigerator never working. NEVER RENT HERE. This place was decent when we first moved in about 3 years ago. Ever since new management arrived. So did a world of problems. We will be looking to re locate.

Now requires residents to pay $8 per month to park in an open lot. The office failed to let residents know. We are currently watching people's cars get destroyed by an overly aggressive tow truck driver. This is absolutely Stone Cliff's fault for failing to effectively let their residents know of the parking permit change.
