The carpet had rolls when I moved in.. moved out 3 years later & they are charging me to replace the carpet as well as the paint. In addition, my bedroom window frame was coming out from the apartment. They fixed it by bolting it up, leaving me unable to open my bedroom window. I lived with this for 8 months, until I moved out. The property is poorly maintained..dirty & trashy. Update: Cramer, the new Property Manager, was unaware of my window situation, among other things. He was genuinely concerned & apologetic on behalf of previous management & maintenance, in addition, rectified the additional charges.

Never really had any issues with Aspen Ridge until recently. Noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. Then a few days later noticed another one. I don't know about anyone else but my grandkids shouldn't have to deal with that, so management was called. They sent someone out to lay down bait....Yes lay bait, REALLY!! After a few days, seen another then another. Called management again for the same issue. This time they sent someone out to spray but only the specific areas. If anyone knows about cockroaches, you can't just spray a specific spot because you don't actually know where there coming from. The entire apartment should be sprayed. Management should also be trying to find out where there coming from. We were told no one is having these issues. Spoke to another tenant in our building and they also stated they have the same issue When you get told there's NO infestation and it's treated like it's not a big deal, that's pathetic!! Management isn't the one living with them. THIS IS A BIG DEAL for my kids and grandkids. How can anyone be okay with this!! These are disgusting and not fair to my grandkids. Management was asked if our adult kids could be let out of their lease since the issue can't be resolved but that was a NO!!! Still having the same issue now. Not sure if anyone else is having the same issues but we pay too much money to live this way!!!! If you don't like Cockroaches, Aspen Ridge definitely isn't the place for you!!!

I've overall had a decent experience at Aspen Ridge. Only general complaint is the grounds aren't very clean or well kept with people not cleaning up after their pets. And stars are getting knocked off especially because of the extremely unpleasant experience I had with Charlene over the phone. Everyone else at the leasing office has been pleasant to work with, but Charlene was the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever had to deal with in any customer service role, not just as this complex. She very quickly had a bad attitude and started talking down to me, then eventually hung up on me when I called out her unnecessary attitude. Complained to Natalie already as I had to go to management to actually get my questions answered, but that experience alone would make me want to rent here a lot less again.

I have had a pleasant experience with the Aspen Ridge Apartments. Almost all of my requests had been fulfilled in a timely manner. I had to break my lease because we had to move to a new city for work. Natalya was understanding and worked with me on getting everything settled out. If you are honesty and upfront with them about what is going on, they will work with you and help you the best they can.

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
