It’s been way better sense the change in staff in the last year , property is looking way better little by little but change is definitely happening , great price for area and condition , have shop around is Breyer than other places at similar budget Try to talk to kaila every time you will get your issues resolve

KAYLA is very shady and VERY disrespectful. Living here was so sketchy mainly because they don’t care about the residents. Many complains were put in by multiple people and never did anything about it. When Nick was working here, it was so smooth and professional. Kayla talk to bad about people behind their backs. Wouldn’t move back at all. Worst experience ever.

Great views of the sky, moon rising and the sunset! We lived here for 6 1/2 years! Watched my baby and grands grow up here! We had outgrown the unit. Had the best next door neighbors 😊 It is child friendly. The unit I occupied was great! Nice and shady, kept the apartment cool in the summers! Had an issue with bugs when some neighbors moved in upstairs. Leasing office and maintenance staff was always pleasant. Thank for you my time with this community. May the new folks enjoy their apartment as much as we did!

I give it a 3 because 1) it wasn't the apartment we were sent pics of and 2) it wasn't cleaned thoroughly after you could tell maintenance had been in to fix things (I'm assuming from the previous tenants). There were paint chips everywhere, the bathroom floor was dusty and had paint chips with an empty roll of painter's tape left behind, and the toilet was definitely not cleaned. :( the balcony wasn't swept off of tree debris and the patio storage definitely wasn't cleaned out and there is still a closet door in it. (?) Overall the check in process was good thanks to the attentive office staff.
