Worked with Kirby over the phone and then Cameron in store. Both of these guys were great! The process was easy and not painful even a little bit, they made it so great. I do not recommend getting a purple mattress, but, totally not their fault. In store Cameron answered all of our questions, helped us pick a great new bed. It was all great!

Cameron went above and beyond when he came to my house to repair a faulty leg on our bed, when it was delivered and set up. Cameron was the person who assisted me in the purchase of the bed. It was a quick and I left very satisfied, excited about the bed I had just purchased. He told me if I had any issues, to please reach out to him. The bed arrived, was installed, but when I went to start putting the mattress cover on it, I noticed one of the legs was on the floor. I called the store and Cameron was at my house 30 minutes later. The leg had fallen off due to a manufacturer assembly issue. He repaired it, so that it was safe and functional, which was important, as this was our daughter’s first bed and she was excited about sleeping in it. He also said he would be ordering us a new base. He apologized for the inconvenience and was kind and so understanding as to why we needed a functioning bed that night. Professional, kind and knowledgeable about the bed and the base. Truly a wonderful experience despite the little hiccup ☺️

Gina was awesome! She helped us but didn’t over-insert herself, like at most mattress places, allowing us to make our decision in peace, as well as helping out when needed. Service was efficient and we were able to take home our new purple mattress at the time of sale! Great inventory.

Nice selection, clean, friendly, and Dora was awesome! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous when we noticed a slight discrepancy in the sale price of the mattress we bought. The process was quick and way easier than we thought it would be. We weren’t planning on buying the same day we went in, but the deal was too good to pass up for a higher-end mattress. So excited to finally sleep on something we ACTUALLY like!
