I applied here and was so extremely excited to live here based off of the reviews. But WOW was my experience horrible. Once they found out I had ESA animals they complexed treated me like garbage. Wouldn’t accept any of the documents I submitted, wouldn’t even accept the document they specifically gave me to have my doctor fill out (which he did) then when I asked what was going on they said “you’re financially approved but we are waiting on those letters for ESA” so they discriminated against me but knew they couldn’t deny me so they waited over a MONTH to finally tell me I was approved but still needed more paper work to accept my ESAs. By the time the told me this I was supposed to move into their complex in 6 days. 100 percent was discriminated by Quincy Ridge Apartments. I am so sad to have gone through what I did with them because I was so excited to live in this complex and now I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Great place very friendly and I recommend this place for anyone that lives in aurora one of the best places I've lived at in a long time me and my girl live together and we love this place great community and highly recommend it here 😀

The complex is old but decent, with very poor insulation and building quality. They don't do anything for snow/ice and I have slipped so many times. Appliances are old and barely work, I was told directly by their office staff that "it's just the way it is." They will gouge you for anything they can (like most apartment complexes - take pictures when you move in and take pictures when you move out). I lived here for several years and had my car window broken and my purse stolen, which Quincy Ridge did nothing about. If you live anywhere near the pool it will be LOUD, but lots of families and kids live in the complex. The price is pretty comparable to other complexes in the area, so I would recommend looking around before signing any leases.

I lived here twice and absolutely loved it, the apartments and layouts are beautiful, but my advice to you is whenever you decide to move out make sure you take pictures or at least do a video of your apartment after you move to make sure there’s no damage at the slightest, both of the apartment units that I lived in of my final moving day and then 60 days later you get a bill for damages that weren’t even visible or present… make sure you take pictures, but videos are Best . And keep the video in your phone for at least 60 days… my apartment units never had any damage because I’m never home and I travel a lot so there’s no way there were damage of any kind.. ( beware $$ there trying to get money out of you the best way they can .. but overall it’s a good place to live.

They only allow cats but I see neighbors with small dogs even though they shouldn't.
Yes.....the air conditioning keeps going out because the air units are NOT BIG ENOUGH.........So if you want a HUGE electric bill, they're great!!!!...
Please contact our leasing office to hear about our policies, 303-699-2882. Thank you!
Every unit has AC and hookups. You will have to call for the current rate, and there are several models
