Absolute worst apartments ever. We have had problems ever since we moved in. We have mice making holes throughout our unit, we've had maintenance and pest control come out multiple times, they patch the old holes and the mice just make new ones. You can smell them throughout the unit and it is affecting our children's health as well as ours. I have tried to talk to the office multiple times about changing units or something and they never respond or communicate, they just send pest control again...very disappointed that this issue isn't being taken more serious. They love to blame their tenants for their pest problems, when they infact do not take care of their property. Staff is lazy, we have put in multiple maintenance request that they say were completed but never was done.

I can highly recommend Cambrian Apartments. Every morning I see the maintenance team out on their carts picking up trash, fixing things, making sure the dumpsters are kept as clean as possible. Will, the maintenance man is always so nice and will help with anything you need. ( Literally, he helped me with a car battery once) I really appreciate the leasing manager Angie, her customer service is second to none and it has translated in her team as they are always so helpful and efficient. It's nice to have people who care about the place you call home.

New manager does a great job and takes care of any issues in a helpful and professional manner. Everyone in the office has been friendly and they do their best to assist you. Had to call maintenance a few times over a couple of years and they showed up very quickly and took care of my problems immediately. Everyone I dealt with there treated me with kindness and respect. When I had an issue with a noisy neighbor, it was dealt with immediately as well. You have to deal with the same issues at any apartment complex. Here, they will do everything in their power to help you and correct the problems. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was big compared to others in the same price range. Nice sized living room, adequate closet space, everything in livable condition and looked decent with new cabinets, floors, and appliances. Fresh paint (a nice neutral color not yucky white walls) and clean carpet. Well maintained overall. Stackable washer and dryer in unit was definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend!
