I set an appointment and was neglected. Your leasing agents need to be eager to please and be more attentive to what their job is. It's like they had no clue of what to do. I had to pull information out them to get a clue of anything. I can't remember the Leasing agent, but she did have a disabled hand. She was dismissive and uniformed of the appointment by her own and her partner's neglect. They had family over swimming so I believe that's why they neglected to even see me on time @ 3:30 pm and didn't return until 4:15 PM. There were three days before my appointment to tell me that the apartment that I wanted was no longer available for viewing or that it had not been available at all, because why else would I have been able to set an appointment. She was just throwing empty apartments at me that did not fit my needs. SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK WHAT I NEEDED! I had experienced younger and newer agents be better at this because they apply themselves. This agent definitely wanted to just get me out the door so that she could get back to doing whatever she wanted. The management of the leasing agents is clearly neglected and it shows in their work ethic. As for my appointment there was not a single agent available, so not a single agent looked at their schedule and their seems to be zero expectations for being on top of their work. Like it was normal for them to not check because they get no business.(probably why they set up a swim party with their family) The club house was looking shaby and the grooming salon was disgusting. This place was in such a deplorable state and ghetto. I will not name the other communities, but I've viewed multiple others and some aren't even that high end and they had far better service, attitude, attentiveness, and eagerness. This place clearly needs new management. You can get anyone in there for a team, but if you don't have a good management to get the team going and on top of things you get what all these reviews are saying and it's all neglected and dismissed.

Honestly, please listen to the other reviews. I've been here for 2 years and just cant do it anymore. This place is literally a combination of issues. There are so many issue it just came to the point of moving. From parcels, to extra charges, to shady management practices to the maintenance constantly walking in your apartments, etc. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. Like I said before, it's a combination of so many issues it drains your time and money. It will be nice in the beginning but issues will pile on and by the end of your lease you will feel exhausted living here and want to move. It will be my last month, just before moving out they posted my rent late, changed the payment to reflect month by month rate which is an $800 difference, asked me to pay it and told me that they will figure out the difference later. My wife was on hold for more than 30 min and decided to walk into the office to see the management team sitting there eating a sandwich. It's stuff like this that just compounds and till the very end there were problems. I do not recommend living here after being here for 2 years. There are much better options for location, management, and price. Feel free to ask me any questions for the honest truth about this community.

writing a review for a current tenant... I wish there was a option for ZERO stars.. this is the WORST complex I have encountered! The rent is very high, the parking sucks! the leasing staff seem like their fresh outta HS! The leasing manager Syndey or Sara NEVER returns any message. As stated in the other messages they continue to ask for document's they ALREADY and have stated they have them. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking. Thanks for not taking care of your tenants.

Renter, please continue looking. I promise for this price there is a lot better. You seriously have to pay a third party for a parking permit or your vehicle gets towed. Also, if your car doesn’t get towed, it will get stolen and there are no cameras. Yes, my car was stolen from this complex and nothing I can do about it. You seriously pay for unsecured parking.
