Alright, this is/was my first time having any contact here. I don't know who Rich is or what he looks like. I have interacted with staff and a gentleman who definately asked as many questions as I did and was extremely appreciative of how my questions were perceived as well as the interest in why I was asking what I was. All of the staff were very attentive and when asked a question and they didn't have the full answer there was no hesitation in their reply of hey I'm not sure but let me get the next person up who can completely answering my questions were everyone was satisfied. The Final gentleman gave me a clear impression that he was in a position to address the questions that could not be answered at this time. But he did with a way he said It, I knew he meant it. He and or his staff would research my inquiries and either explain why they didn't see or have the market or insured me they would bring in merchandise that would be similar to what I was looking into. I hope the impression will be as big as the one the staff and management left on me. I am just the person that has time to research the details and gadgets . I'll definately will be back. This commentary is like a combination of all the good that people got out of their visit and more. For those other persons that focused on the trivial things like prices. The best way to state it would be), Don't hate the player. Hate the game. There were one or two more that really had no barring on the quality and customer service of this location. This place is defibately on the list of must visits so the word can spread. Please forgive any type-O's, I haven't been able to try the products I did purchase. Lol.

Dispo vapes broken and leak he charges an arm and a leg to get a vape with 800 puffs. Go to smash glass or anywhere else unless you want to pay $40 for a dispo vape that has 1200 puffs. Rip off!

Bought a pod for my SMOK NORD vape and the price was $7.50 a pod. My usual vape shop in Littleton charges $3 and a few have charged me $5 same product no problem. I was going to buy a months supply, but decided to get just one. When I got home and loaded my CBD solution into it, it did not hit very well at all. I removed the pod to see what could be going on and noticed the SMOK brand label was crooked and poorly printed on the pod. It burnt up in a few days later. Not only did I get over charged, but I believe I was sold a counterfeit product. I have been warned about counterfeits in the industry by other shops previously. I purchased a torch lighter from here about a month ago and it worked great.. until I lost it. I'm here to buy a new one and online it says they open at 9am on Sunday. It's currently 9:15a and the door is still locked. This place needs to be better with their service.
