Wish I could have zero or negative stars. The most unhelpful and unprofessional apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. Many of my neighbors cars have been stolen multiple times recently and damage to vehicle and the office does nothing. They paint the parking lot to pretend they actually repair things at this complex. Have made many maintenance requests and almost all have been ignored or not resolved. Shouldn’t be in business Truely disgusting don’t live here or you will regret your gross high priced living conditions. Run now

Staff is Very rude. They do not care when you call with complains nor do they listen to your concerns. Lexy lacks customer service skills and that is mirrored by the complex manager. There have been multiple times vehicles have been damaged and I was told by Lexy I should have had a camera. Total victim blaming. When talking to the manager she is very short and rude, will not let you finish a sentence without cutting you off. For the amount the rent is you would think they would be professional and courteous to their residents. Stay away.

The entire appartment is outdated plus has no aspect of the electrical system working at all. Things break easily fast which requires maintenance 95% of the time to fix things that are broken which they haven't come around a lot from what im betting due to short staff in the past since ive been here for 2 years and just this summer they finally started to come thru with someone new finally but have enough time to put stickers on cars that say will get towed so the employees are more focused on vehicles then the indoors of these complexes themselves. The heater vents dont work in one room which is freezing during winter time and no clue why maybe plugged up... plus the cabinets break easily but i dont have a lot of plates which is ironic so they gave us a broken apartment 😡 so dont recommend this place at all! Plus the parking lot isn’t safe with ur car someone stole my fender and slashed several tires on all the cars! No security checks around the area because nobody cares. Becareful with ur car!

The apartment is one of the cheapest there are in Colorado, it is beautiful, centric to everything and the area is very safe. The management is awful, slow in responding to apartment inquires, they have a prideful and a not focused attitude when doing things (to give an example, one time they lost my payment receipt and were charging me. They blamed me and yes it was part of my fault, but theirs as well because for me is about precaution, but for them is a rule). But they are prompt on charging rent payments and evicting people when not paying and when making a mistake when not complying with their contract. The worst manager is that one called Jeff, so beware of that one. Despite all I give 4 stars because the apartment complex is good.
