Renters beware! Do your research before signing here!!!!!! Talk to residents, walk the property, drive by at night, you’ll be happy you did. Leasing agents will be nice and helpful until you sign the lease and they don’t care about negative reviews. They rotate management and could care less about you or issues they’ve directly cause you. Flooded unit, building access issues, erroneous charges, trash everywhere on property, inaccessible amenities, lose aggressive dogs on property, car break ins are just a few issues I’ve personally experienced in the last 4 months. Management refuses to address any issues and will blame everything on “vendor delays”. If you have children or pets, this complex is NOT SAFE! Do yourself and your family a favor. Save the headache, stay safe and find somewhere else to live.

Was a great place to live. Except we never received a deduction list of damages we were charged. They just kept our deposit. I reached out to leasing, nobody would answer, return a message, and corporate wouldn't return emails, either! Finally after trying again, months later, a local accountant off property was supposed to handle billing, never received a call from him. Finally months later, corporate emailed and called me back and decided they needed a regional manager to help understand the laws in Colorado regarding getting my deposit back, since they messed up. No return calls or emails, again! Now after trying the same route, I'm done, and I will pursue legal action. I can get three times my deposit back now! If only greedy corporate could return money owed as quickly as they demand it. Never again!

If i can i would give 0 stars, nice apartments the bad thing is maintenance take too long to fix everything. They keep all your deposit ( they should write in the lease agrrement not refundable) and they charge for cleaning( even when you left an inmmaculate apartment) having no kids and 1 small dog, they said i damage all the carpet and they have to replace it, they charge for that too, so besides keeping $500 deposit, they probably will charge you another $400 for move out damages

Bristol Village Apartments advertises as a "Luxury" apartment complex. There is nothing luxury about it. None of the amenities are available as advertised. Mail boxes have been broken for many years, which means your packages end up at the office. Then your package is sometimes given to other residents due to the incompetence of the staff. The "gated community" consists of gates that have no locks and are always wide open day and night. The front gate has been broken for a long time and their solution is to just leave it open while still advertising a "gated community." The pool area is unkempt, broken umbrellas at the tables, and a hot tub that is not hot. The gym equipment is broken and has not been replaced or fixed ever. Corporate will reach out and respond to this post in an attempt to have it removed through bribery offline communication. Don't rent from here.
