Not open on Sundays and I DO NOT recommend leaving books in the return bin outside because I've had the bad experience that they forgot to scan my returned materials until almost a week later. I had to pay the fees and wouldn't take the blame for their mistake.
Unfortunately no. Thankfully Beale Memorial is open more often than the other libraries in Bakersfield.
No, its closed to to running costs. There just isnt enough patrons on sunday to make being open, possible.
