Yes, there are. You can print, but I believe you have to pay for printing. I'm not sure how much but I'd imagine it's several pages per dollar.

As of June 2018, the Beale Memorial Library charges 15¢ cents per page at the copy machine (the copier does not have Bluetooth and no USB ports). Computers are free to use and they have USB ports but, no Bluetooth. You can print from computers, it is 17¢ per page (library charges 2¢ for taxes).
