If you have a case manager and she could go through Deborah's place maybe that would make it more expedient there is always a long waiting list but by the grace of God I got it in within a month so try it and see and good luck
Call them and ask when you can fill out an application. Once a year they have a period when you can sign up for an apt. Or if you have a case manager have them do it for you. More expedient for a case manager to contact them
