The main reason for Pacific Garden mission is to help others to become fully follow of Jesus Christ and help the down and out the homeless.
No it isn't its like prison,they bring the people from cook county and treat them like savages...but some people do realize that there is a better way for them tp get out the situation that they are in but overall 2/10 place to be at
