These people have horrible public defenders I'm also going through DCFS right now and I'm on my third public defender within 3 years and I'm about to lose my child due to to me having a contagious rash for 3 month people it's 12 month that if you don't do services then the courts have every right to derminate your rights and my public defender is still going 9 months of me not doing services and my public defender hasn't contacted me within 3 months and he thinks he know everything which he don't if any of you have Kevin Duffy I feel bad for you cause that's who I have right now as a public defender he don't do his job

Fire James Shapiro. He is a disgrace. He needs to get back into his place.

I called to ask for juvenile records and the lady who answered my call told me to call the clerks office. When I attempted to ask another question about Juvenile records she cut me off and continued to refer me to the clerks office when that was not the question I was attempting to ask. Her unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If people are already calling and in need of help, you think someone in her position would be more understanding and patient. When I advised her of her treatment towards me (I stayed very calm and professional throughout the call) she told me that she was sorry I felt that way. The apology was not that she did not mean to come off in that manner etc. I don't need her to apologize for my feelings, but instead recognize her unprofessional demeanor and behavior

They say they want to reunite your children with you and that's a lieee. There all against you it's sad. I asked to transfer my case out of state and they say it's impossible. God gave me those children and who are they to take your children away for petty reason. I pray God be with us thru this struggle.

Juvenile Court is operating at limited capacity due to the pandemic. Usually, you can go with a valid ID and visit the Clerks office for copy of records. The day you need to go may vary, depending on if you need certified copies or not. If you do not, they are usually open daily. You should call ahead to confirm what you need during this time.
Yes 2 dollar garage parking or free parking on the street if you are lucky enough to find a spot
Not open on Saturday or Sunday
At juvenile court once you are placed on probation and or supervision yes case can be transferred
