These are all studios. Quite small but convenient to a certain crowd. I recommend this place for those whole normally spend most of their time at work and only need a place to sleep. Mostly for single people. Utilities all included. So is a decent internet with Cox. Keep in mind you ARE in the middle of downtown so depending on which side of the complex you live. You might have some noise during Friday and Saturday. Front office is really nice and maintenance is pretty on point. There is a small community within the complex that are friendly and very... "Social". Other than that. If you have alot of stuff with you (as in a few rooms full of stuff. Not for you. But if you are alone this is a perfect studio. More like a dorm with more benefits I should say.)
