Yes but it's just a few bucks nothing too much

I disagree with his to small statement. It's a fine size for one person living. And you can make it look rather nice

No... That wouldn't make sense, but rent CAN go up. I didn't have a lease and got a discount on rent because I worked for the Downtown Project... And my rent always stayed the same. But truthfully it's wayyyy to small for any human being to happily live here. Great location though!?! And the community is nice!!
