Looking for a device drivers for Windows 8.1 instead of using Windows 7 drivers. Or just go to 10. If there are no Windows 8.1 drivers you risk possibly having a malfunction with that device. And that usually means that the device is not compatible with 8.1.
Go talk to the service center! Or talk to someone in the software section they should be able to help also.
Using window 8.1 is faster than 7 everything is getting updates
