What program will solve the problem of 7 out dated drivers for a notebook , using window's 8.1

Looking for a device drivers for Windows 8.1 instead of using Windows 7 drivers. Or just go to 10. If there are no Windows 8.1 drivers you risk possibly having a malfunction with that device. And that usually means that the device is not compatible with 8.1.
