Cleaning the heads via the menu would be the first option. If you go long periods of time between use then heads can get clogged.

Did you try the " Clean Head" on printer 's Maintenance menu!? If so, like the other person said bring it in for repairs. Or I myself just bought a new printer they're very cheap now a days

If you brim it in they will just give you a new printer but you have to have your receipt
