Your Mac comes with a utility called Bootcamp. Look in the Applications menu/folder. If you have enough space and a Windows CD you can use Bootcamp to create a Windows partition (ie. NTFS) and install Windows. The 2009 Mac will expect a Windows 7 (or earlier version CD, but you can substitute a later version by inserting the CD when the computer restarts.
Yes you can
Ignore all them, they know not. YES!!!! YOU CAN RUN WINDOWS ON THAT CRAPINTOSH!! I would use 8.1, or 10. 7 uses more resources than 8.1 and 10. Also, 8.1 & 10 can be installed without extra software as they support UEFI. You can take a drive with 8.1 or 10 on it, put it in the crapintosh and it will boot. Not 7. Personally windows 8.1 is my favorite.
Take it to Microcenter and have them take a look at it for you but if you want primarily windows on there I don't think you'll be able to. If you do go over there ask for a tech called Troy or talk to anybody in the Apple department but talk to the technicians in the repair department first
