Does anyone know how to transfer a call to the painting dept or is it just the painting dept refuses to answer the phone. Tried 4 times. This place is pathetic.

Had same issue. Must be the layoffs coming. You are corrrct, this location is pathetic. I get better treatment at Home Depot.
