Manager Martha refused to mark down a shirt that was missing a whole button lower than 10% it was not a common button you could find anywhere she took maybe 1.50 off the shirt for being damaged which I think is crazy when I spent over 250 $ there and the previous day I spent even more . Throw out the customer is always right or looking at the bigger picture she just continually argued with me that was the lowest she could mark it down when I know she has complete power to give me a lower price even after I looked up Marshall’s markdown percentages online she still argued that was her particular stores policy which is a complete lie because I have had items markdown for more / Martha was very rude about it also I wouldn’t recommend if your trying to shop anything with defects because they won’t work with you at all .

I like how helpful everyone is here. Everyone is so accommodating and happy to help. I wish they didn't remove the 6' apart circles...also the bathroom needs to be definitely clean and maintain or closed.
