Not everyone registers on line! I found it very rude and unprofessional, that I was waiting 15- 20 minutes, while 2 other people walked in and went ahead of me. I asked, If 6 people walked in, and they all registered on line, if I would have to wait while they all went ahead of me, and I was told, yes. Poor customer service! I've been going there for a few years, and I'll never go back again! Don't offer walk in service if your not going to take care of the customer who walked in, instead of registering on line!
