Ellen from Customer Service was an absolute all-star, she was accommodating, friendly and caring. I was looking for a popular and hard to find item which no one else in the store was able to locate. Not only did she go above and beyond helping me find it, she was able to ward off some aggressive customers who were trying to purchase it after I had already paid for the items in question. Ellen will be the #1 reason I return to this Lowe's over any other location and why I choose Lowe's over any competitors in the future.

The refrigerator was delivered. The delivery drivers/installers said the documents did not state that it had to be installed.. He wanted to charge me an undisclosed amount and tried to extort me for an out of pocket cash expense. I said forget it and take back the refrigerator, he said ok no worries. He then proceeded with the refrigerator as he was wheeling it up he broke my light fixture near the garage. He apologized and said he would file a report. He decided to get me a new light glass now. He then goes to another neighbor's light and steals theirs and replaces my broken one. I reported the incident to Lowes and the home builders said they may report this incident to the authorities.

Well.. how about 1) Answer ur phones; but when you do finally get through 2) you get hung up on… 7 times. Now, now.. I’m on my way to the store to rectify my situation. I paid for 1 thing and was delivered something else, cheaper by the way. Why? I know why.. bc when I bought it, it was the last one and the box was open. So instead of having Pablo tape the box, someone decide to switch product, like I wouldn’t know. 1) same brand, same color… but we’re missing the lights under the umbrella, nice try. Can’t wait to get there and hear this bull.

Customer service at the Holmdel store is excellent! Today, Ryan came off his lunch break to assist us with pipe threading. He was very friendly and professional. On another visit, John was also really helpful. Garden crew is great as well. We're long-time local customers.
