I agree. 6:30-7:00 sounds right to me.. it really depends upon the manager on duty... Because they put our a continental buffet .. (cerals...bagels.. muffins... Banana.. coffee.. milk.. ect)
I got up at 6:30 and shortly after when I got to the front desk it was there
