Room was clean. Housekeeping was awesome, always making sure we had clean towels and everything else we needed. Mike at the front desk was probably the friendliest person we ran across while staying here as well. Would be 5/5 stars, but the location is a little too hectic...tough to get out of the parking lot due to the popularity of the outlets.

Our stay was amazing. The rooms are EXTRA clean and the staff is amazing. Very family oriented, peaceful and quiet. We went shopping after spending all day at Lake George. We had a bad experience at one resort in the Lake and coming here was amazing. Kathy at the front was an angel for us during our stay. Thank you thank you!!! We will be coming back with our son in a few weeks and never staying somewhere else

Dawnee save our trip for us! My friend and I went up to Lake George for Americade, and ride through some pretty nasty weather for about 5 hours, only to find that there had been a reservation error, and we were booked in the night before! Dawnee got us a room anyway (a pretty big deal for a big event like Americade!) saving our trip! Absolutely awesome service, and genuinely bike friendly! The room was spacious, clean and nice, the pool and hot tub were also very nice to have after our ride through the rain! Thanks so much Dawnee for helping us out! I really appreciate it and will make sure to return when we come back to Lake George!!!

It was an amazing experience and place to stay. It was very clean and quiet. Eric at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with and he was great with our young son and our daughter. . We will definitely stay again

Yes. You should be able to park it in the front where they tore down the restaurant.
