I’ve been to a lot of Paneras but this one is one of the cleanest with a unique layout. The people were friendly and the employees didn’t seem like they hated life. There were smiles and good energy. Most Paneras I go to are a bit darker on the inside but this location is very bright and welcoming.

The good: the food of course, wanted to split my soup and the staff did it without questions. The staff was clean because once I took my plate and asked them to cut my baguette they said no but gave me a knife. The bad: the line was long it seemed like people had trouble running the kiosk and someone should have been helping. The ugly: the dining room was not clean, tables needed wiping down. They need to pay attention because no one was clearing tables and they literally had only one area to bring your trash.

This place is beautiful. Our service was even better thanks to Nathalie. Our soup took a little it longer to be served but gave us a pastry which I got coffee cake and it was real good. We got the chicken wild rice bread bowl and chicken noodle bread bowl. These meals compliment the cold weather we are having in SD. This place is great to study and get work done. Many outlets for those who want to bring thier laptops and free parking. It is in the mall. Free refills of coffee and tea of course. The place is very clean and bright with its lighting and big windows. I definitely will be coming back. Thanks again Nathalie.
