Loving our New home in Calesa Township
Ma Pi
Everything seems great. Amenities and outdoor activities, friendly community. However, huge drawback is the very limited parking spots available. No guest parking whatsoever, so if you have teens driving and in laws visiting, or a birthday party… no guest parking. Poor planning if you ask me. Most houses have 4 parking spots available including the 2 car garage. After that, out of room for additional parking.

Communication with Calesa during the building process has been non existent. Seems like their procedure to communicate after collecting your 10% is very vague. Edit: After driving up from South Florida and getting to see all the progress that has been made since our visit last November, and with responsive and timely updates from our new sales rep Toni and the new construction liaison team. I feel reassured that Calesa is getting things under control communication wise and there should be no future issues. Edit: The toss around to different sales reps and un willingness to accommodate for their errors is the reason for the 1 star review. Sales management and the sales reps themselves care very little about customer satisfaction for a finished product and it shows. Addendums to contract will be created on their behalf for reasons they see fit but refusal to accommodate customers is apparent even before construction starts. The jist is that our first sales rep told us something completely different compared to our fourth sales rep. The most expensive purchase I have made thus far and the entire process has been a living hell and they care not to make this experience enjoyable.

A very nice family friendly neighborhood.

Yes
In time, yes, there will be at least 3 retail spaces, but a conservative estimate would be 2-3 years down the road. Calesa has only 200 homes built, out of the planned 5000, so it's all about timing and need.
Prices start from low to high?
