In time, yes, there will be at least 3 retail spaces, but a conservative estimate would be 2-3 years down the road. Calesa has only 200 homes built, out of the planned 5000, so it's all about timing and need.
I have heard a town center in one corner near West Port and also a grocery store near the entrance on 80th. Also just heard some big box retail at corner of 60th and 38th. Like TM said tho probably a few years down the road to start off.
