Room 245 was good. Bathroom drain and cold water faucet need replaced. Elsie and her staff serve breakfast every day and it's very good. Due to Covid19 still room service is different but effective. Will come back and stay in the suite

This was a really pleasant stay, all the staff we interacted with were kind. The room itself wasn't brilliant, spooky motel vibes. it would benefit grately from a refresh, but the price is exceptional and you're very close to the Lake George fun and our sleep was pretty good. Shout out to the kind lady who runs the breakfast, she was an absolute delight, plus the breakfast was great, we would stay here again.

I would love to give a better review, but that wouldn’t be fair. First of all, the noise. Every single footstep could be heard very loudly as the 4 people in my room were trying to sleep. Did we actually get any? Yeah, no. Second of all, the cleaning took a long time. Yes, I understand hotels are understaffed due to the pandemic, but I shouldn’t have to check in later than 4:15 Finally, please check the devices in the room. The cleaning staff, though they took a lot more time than they should’ve, didn’t check the alarm clock to see if it was still on. Guess what? It was! So in addition to getting little-to-no sleep, we were also woken up at midnight from the alarm. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 1 star review is because there was a hot tub. Overall would not recommend

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the place itself is need of some major upgrades. Halfway through our 2 day stay, the toilet stopped working (chain fell off, easy fix but still not something you'd like to have to deal with), and the rest was just very "meh". If you're looking for a place to just crash and shower during your stay, this will do, but if you're looking for something nicer for your trip I'd look elsewhere. Not worth the money in my opinion.
