Great place to stay. Definitely affordable and location was great. Came up as an option to stay in Lake George and I am glad we did. Right next to the outlets and close to town. Everyone was friendly. Hotel was clean. Playscape and pool were a great addition. Continental breakfast was better then wherever we ate on town... Definitely a good place to stay!

We go here a lot. The beds are very uncomfy. That is the only problem with this place. The staff are absolutely amazing. Owner/manager is involved and friendly. They are insanely accommodating. We come for the pool and slide for holidays and birthdays. There's an arcade, a giant playground, and the hot tub looks out over the pool area so moms can actually enjoy it too. There's only five people per room. You're going to want to know that if you're a large family.

Overall the stay was a good one. location was great. Right next to so many things including tons of activities and shopping. The 2 room suite we stayed in was huge and came at a reasonable price. Size was comparable to a mid sized apartment. Rooms were clean. Decor is showing it's age but is still more than passable. Minor issue in the bathroom...the hot/cold water we're reversed in the shower, but not a big deal. Overall a comfortable stay.

After checking several places to stay, I decided on comfort suites and I made the right decision. Mike at the front desk is a total professional and made us feel at home. The place is immaculately clean, the service is incredible, nice breakfast spread, cold air conditioning . The water slide is amazing, as is the pool and spa. Cool little arcade, big playground, and I didn't even have a chance to check out the fitness center and laundry room. I intended on staying again on my next visits and after the service Michael provided at the front desk when I can checked out, he sealed the deal . Fantastic front desk service as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with . Thank you!
