I booked rooms at this place last December. My dates are for the end of July. There is no way to get in touch with this place. I have called trying to confirm. The phone number that comes up has been disconnected. They don't answer emails and I am getting nervous. Does anyone know how to reach someone at this establishment? UPDATE: 8/1/22...Despite the lack if communicatiwith... my trip went well... Once we got there Kristina at the front desk was apologetic and very nice. The resort was still trying to get their phone lines going and still didn't have wifi or TV. Other than that we liked RBR a lot. It's a little dated, but it is quiet and fits in with the beautiful scenery. The pool, fire pit and pool table all got a lot of use. Only 5 minutes from "downtown". Rooms were clean and the beds we had were surprisingly comfortable!

We just came back from this property. We stayed 3 nights : no wifi, cable, TV, microwave, horses or restaurant on the site. Although it is a nice and huge property it is not maintained well. Also in the night you can't even see the board with the name of the resort because there is no light. The room also needs to be updated. I am giving a 1 star because of the tennis court. 🎾

I have been trying to get in contact with these people since November. I was told that they would be back in April and to call then. I have called, emailed and messaged and have heard nothing. I lost my passport and covid vaccine card and have tried to call because of that. This is more important than a reservation and I can’t even get ahold of them. This is utterly ridiculous and discussing that I can’t get a response of if they have it or not. I’m not asking for them to do much more than say yes or not that they have it.

This Ranch is nice. It is a lot bigger than we expected. A nice walk around a pretty pond, with spunky geese. The staff was friendly , our room was very clean. The outdoor pool was great!! They have fire pits, which was a great way to meet new friends. We enjoyed a nice fire most nights during our stay. The way they worked the outside dinner was odd. I have never had to fill out my order, then go to the front desk, then return to my table to be served. The food was okay. The server and chef were very nice!! All said, we would definitely return.
