They do! 12 large bottles gets you a free juice. Two small bottles equals a large bottle.
It depends on your nutritional needs. I don't recommend staying on one thing for days at a time, but there are a few of the juices that have decent vegetable and protein contents. I'd only replace it with one meal per day, but it depends on your needs.
