I had a very pricey package that was desperately needed and was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. I could see on Friday it had been in SLC for a day but I was notified it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Why UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday is a mystery to me!

When it’s logically scanned (meaning that they are assuming it is there) rather than physically scanned you’re out of luck. They are inept at best
You can have them hold it so you can pick it up
If it's in the main facility and not on a truck, you can call and have them hold it for pick up
