Super amazing to work with. Upfront with all fees and what I would be responsible for. My favorite thing is how great their communication is. The gal I worked with was amaze balls to the moon. I feel like she got as excited about me getting the apartment as I was getting approved for the apartment. So if you looking for a good quality apartment that offers a mini celebration party through text message. This company is for you!!!!

After struggling for way to long to find a place in downtown SLC Madison came to the rescue and found me a place, got my application accepted and got me moved in all within a day. Easiest moving experience I've ever had !

Upon move in, I gave 5 stars as the company is prompt to ask everyone to leave reviews right away. But have to update my review based on my move-out experience. This company has unprofessional, shady business practices and will make you jump through hoops to receive your deposit back. I previously lived at Woodland Cove apartments. My lease ended 07/31/2022, I provided greater than 60 days notice before then of my intent to vacate. I had texted the property manager and emailed the office to notify everyone that I was completely out of the apartment on 07/22/22. I provided move-out photos and let them know it was clean and ready for inspection. I was advised in the 'move-out steps' email that I was not required to be present at inspection, that I only needed to leave all keys on the counter and fill out the form with my forwarding address which I did. After that point, I heard nothing back from the team until I reached out to the office again via email on 08/11 to inquire about the refundable portion of my deposit. They advised me that property managers have 30 days to issue those checks but they didnt have my forwarding address on file. I explained that I filled it out on the form like instructed, but gave her the address verbally over the phone as well to be sure. I thanked her for the information and waited. By September 2nd I still had not received the deposit, so I called and spoke to someone in the office who said they would check with the property manager and get back to me, most likely Monday since it was already end of day Friday 09/02. By Wednesday September 7th, I had still not heard anything back or received any check. So I called and spoke to the office again- who advised she would again check with my property manager and get back to me via text since I was going into a work meeting. A few hours later, after my meeting I hadn't received any text so I called again to check for an update. I was advised my property manager confirmed they would be sending out the check by the end of the week (09/09/2022 at the latest). When I asked why it wasn't done within 30 days like I was originally told, she said "the property manager must have forgotten or got busy with other things." I was very frustrated to say the least, but thanked her and expected it woud be done. By 09/15/2022 I had still not received any check, so I sent a follow up email to the office asking for some management contact info so I could escalate the issue. I never received a response to my email so by the afternoon of 09/16 I gave the office a call to again ask for manager contact info so I may escalate the issue. I was then advised that my check was sent out just the day before 09/15. Living at the apartments was fine; however, this experience has totally changed my opinion of the company. I feel if I hadn't reached out persistently, I would have never heard a word from them regarding the refund.

The property is really nice, along with the management. But that was just in the beginning, when I first moved in they asked for a large deposit( due to my credit). I have been under the impression that my deposit was refundable and now they get to keep it. But now they are saying I won’t get my deposit back unless all the other roommates move out. (They were there when I moved in). I’m in an uncomfortable living situation with a long term roommate and do not think it’s too fair how they want to handle this situation. $1000 is a lot of money that I don’t have I need a new living situation asap. This deposit refund would help me stay afloat but they get greedy! At this point I need just enough to secure a new apartment they could keep half my deposit for all I care. The room was gross when I moved in and even now it’s better than before. The older roommate is rude and tough to live with, I would now be the second person she has pushed out.
