Lesha was very helpful and explained everything to me about the lease and was very nice and I liked how she does her job. 🙂

After completing 2 applications on the incredibly difficult-to-use software platform, there was a payment of $50 each for both of us who applied. When following up on the application, they mentioned that they were not made aware of the application but the property in question had already been rented. It seems that our applications weren't even available to be considered since they might have been lost in the shuffle and when we requested a refund, we were flat out denied. Tread cautiously with completing applications when there are app fees involved. It's quite the "legal" racket they have going on over there, bad business practices.

How long do you typically wait before you repair broken heaters/furnaces in the winter on your properties?

By law we have 72 hours to make substantial effort to repair the furnace. We always try to get there on the day we receive the call or the next day at the latest. We offer space heaters, etc. if it's going to be a few days to complete the repair. Not all fixes and repairs are instantaneous. It does help when the tenants follow their lease and change the furnace filters every 3 months. That prolongs the life of a furnace.
