The worst ups location you will see , they have a very rude girl, almost is fighting with the customers, she needs more training to be able have a good customer service , I don't recommend that location, the manger protects her because she is Indian like him, we try to talk to him too , but no way , very rude, and very poor customer care

I shipped a very expensive package from this location and the Item was mysteriously "lost" I was told package had arrived to the hub destination the first time we spoke the second time i was on the phone with UPS I was told it was in the Salt Lake City Hub, drove down to SLC and was met with very Rude unprofessional people, refused to give their names and would not allow me to speak with their supervisor upon Further re search UPS was supposed to call to notify me that there was an issues with my lost package. I don't believe they even looked for the package, they waited the required time before they contacted me with no success.

I had a very pricey package that was desperately needed and was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. I could see on Friday it had been in SLC for a day but I was notified it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Why UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday is a mystery to me!
Yes, you should be able too, when you talk to customer service 🤙🏽😎
They are so busy this time of year mistakes happen and they're only human but unfortunately they don't know that they made an error unless you let them know either watch for the driver or call them to pick it up.

I'm not sure sorry
They misunderstand what this site really is
With UPS or lost
They do a lot of employee team building events, I usually call first. You can also ask them when you visit if they have any planned events.
It would be better to go to the customer service window in person at 2040 parkway Blvd.
As Tom recommends...call them that they might give you quote. Also know shipment cost will depend on it's weight also.
Yes
They do back ground checks however I'm not sure. You can go to the UPS website for there number to check.
They usually load up the deliveries in the mornings and then the trucks are out all day delivering
Probably between 70 and 150 with size and weight. That's just a guess. Call a UPS store and they can give you a better idea. It also depends on how far you're shipping too.
Call 1800pickups they should be able to help you out.
Call customer service they will bend over backwards to make it right
Tap the button on your phone that says “Directions” then do what it says. -OR- Wait until a brown UPS van drives by and follow it. May make a stop or two but it will eventually make it there
UPS came to Utah in 1975, we became a hub around 1984. In 2018 the new hub will be in operation making it the largest hub in the western states.
