I was dealing with some small issues I couldn’t really Figure out but anyways, I spoke with two individuals One lady Seemed to be in a bad mood and replied in a rude way😂😭 felt like she was trying to rush through the call and not rlly try and help me💀 although she did give me the right address I still wasn’t satisfied with her help, I don’t even know her name but , Jose M Cruz took an extra mile to help me out and make sure he gave me the right information so I appreciate him for his help now I’m less stressed out about the situation thank you sm mann!
