Absolutely the worst service. My home warranty AHS sent out these guys, the guy may have spent 10 minutes and said need a new part but they don't make it anymore. After he left the fridge started making louder noises. I called him and he said he hadn't done anything. They claimed to be looking for a part for 4 weeks - I found it online in an hour. 4 weeks later they said no part so you are back to AHS. What a complete disaster. Never ever use these people. The guy who came never event put on a mask.

The technician came on October 20, 2010 to diagnose my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Two previous techs came out who were completely useless. I was very happy with the tech on 10/20, so I guess it's hit or miss.

He found nothing wrong with the refrigerator and freezer. Although, he pointed out that freezer door isn't closing property which is affecting and slowing down process of ice making and fridge temperature not lowering enough to cool items in the fridge. He charged agreed amount of service and left us with a promise to call back within 90 days if problems persist with ice maker and fridge temperature isn't sufficient to keep items cool. He showed authoritarian attitude.

I wish I had a wonderful experience and enjoy my refrigerator at this moment but it is not what happened. From the first time we called Sear for appointment till now, a whole month, my refrigerator is still not working. First time sear technician came and diagnose. Nothing to say about that because we did not know much about refrigerator. We paid for the diagnose fee and parts the technician wanted us to order and was told to wait for another 10 days for the repair really start. After 10 days waiting, the technician's here and he broke the refrigerator fan. Since he need to order a new fan, he can't do the repair and we need to wait for another appointment, another 10 days. Finally, the technician came, the third time, and started working on the refrigerator. After he's done, we had been waited for whole 24 hours and the refrigerator was still not cooling at all ( we'd been told to wait for 6 to 12 hours for the refrigerator to cool). So we had to call Sears again. Now we are waiting for the next appointment and don't know what to expect. Meanwhile, I called Sears and ask the possibility for refund and they said they won't refund once it is paid. BUT when the first time we called Sears,we asked the same question about refund and they told us it is refundable except the initial diagnose fee. Now they told me it is not refundable once we paid. I don't know which of their representative is lying. Since I'm still waiting for their technician to come and repair, I hope I be able to share a better experience after this appointment.
