My package arrived in Salt Lake City Utah this afternoon at1:30 but will not be delivered until tomorrow night according to tracking number. Why is it going to take so long? k

Why did my package get delivered to West Valley City.... signed for by someone that was not me.... and now THEY can't do anything about it? Why can't they just go back to this house and get my package back and bring it to my house?
