I need to rent a car to be picked up between 3:15 and 3:45 tomorrow, Thursday, March 15th. My car is going into the shop. Not sure how long it needs to get fixed or how long I would need the rental for.

Call them if they don't have a car they get you one. They will also pick you up at shop.
