I wanted to write this review in regards to how great Le and the other young lady i believe is the branch manager customer service was. From the moment my friend and i walked in, to the waiting to be assisted , up to the fast checkout of my rental car. They were extremely welcoming, pleasant and very friendly.We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, we had to wait only 10 min but in those min they made sure to let us know they be right with us. Le was the young lady who took care of me, she made genuine conversation and was very informative on what i should expect. They were all great!!

Nice friendly service. Cheerful staff. I just started with this enterprise. Great experience so far. I was renting from Elkins park for years. When the head Supervisor Lou left, so did the character and nice energy of the staff. It’s like working with robots there at Elkins Park.
