It's not a bad area. (I live there.) It's a quiet area in a slightly dilapidated part of town - the hotel is fine, and the staff is very nice.
Is this a pet friendly hotel? I am a business traveler and travel with two world traveler dogs complete with international passports whom have about one million miles from the UK. UAE, HOLLAND and live here in Jersey. Of Florida and Atlanta
Avoid hotel. Very bad area.
