PRICELINE/ BOOKING.COM SENT US TO A CONSTRUCTION SITE!!!! THEY CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION AT THE HOTEL THAT WE RESERVED "due to they would not be able to take our resevation at that time and sent us next Door to anothet hotel also under construction." Thank you for refunding our money so we could find another hotel on our own after putting us on hold for an 1 hour. Sorry Booking.com /Priceline we wont be using your services again.😣😣😣

I wish I could give this zero stars, but that’s impossible so I’m giving it a 1. We originally booked a different hotel, and were relocated here because of remodeling. We showed up and our room was 80 degrees with no possibility for fixing it other than opening a window. The bathroom was not clean and the floor/beds were stained and dirty. The hotel is set to be renovated in 2 weeks and was not in good condition.

This hotel had HVAC problems for days before our convention stay and made no effort to fix it. Hotel lobby and one of the classrooms was freezing. Many guest rooms in the hotel were freezing as well. There is no excuse for a hotel to leave the heating system unfixed for more than a week. Especially when they have a sold out hotel and a convention on premise

If I could give zero stars, I would. It was freezing and winddy all weekend. The Outer Door was broken, and stuck open. So any time someone came in the hotel, the lobby was blasted with freezing wind. The staff were in coats and scarves the whole time. The lobby MIGHT have been 55 degrees. Half the sinks in the men's bathroom didn't work. It leaked like the house on Paper Street, from "Fight Club" I'm told it's closing shortly. It would be a mercy killing.
