I will never stay at this hotel again. Its overated and cold. The food is over priced and nasty I stayed at this hotel for about 12 days and the security guard shannon tried to put me out. Quizing me like i wasnt a guest.

I was there on business my pays for everything, they asked for a credit card for incidentals and ended up changing my personal credit card $1200. Instead of my company too many mistakes to little time to name oh yeah the elevator broke and i walked 11 flights of stairs. Don't waste your money.

I believe you, I too just stay there it is a beautiful place, with ALOT of hang ups... No ice machine on the floors you have to come down stairs and ask for I r... The rooms was cold the heat or phone did not work in our room. They charge you 38 dollars a day to park your car in their parking lot...which you already paid for. And the staff wasn't professional or friendly. Again Only the Decor is Beautiful.

I understand completely ! I worked as a valet attendant for a few months, including when the hotel opened. It is run by the same people that run the raddison next door to that one. I am sorry you had a bad experience

I enjoyed my stay. I did have nats issues with my room when I first arrived. Took care of it promptly no inconvenience to me. The hotel will completely packed that weekend but I loved my time there. Now I didn't get at the hotel restaurant so I can't comment on the pricing. The room was cold but they did adjust that for me as well. My hands was super cold and it was not that warm of a weekend. Check in and out was quick. The valet staff that weekend was simply amazing. Overall staffing attitudes were excellent for that extremely super busy, full to the brim, weekend. I was there August 31-September 2, 2018.
