Hotel was in a very bad neighborhood and does not portray that. There are no restaurants that are safe enough to walk to. The beds were so awful pretty much bent in half. Stains of unknown substances all over the floor, bathroom was disgusting. Towels were barely towels and they were not white. these reviews are so off base. Will never recommend or stay here again. Clean the place.

Location was good for my needs. Service was ok, staff could be more friendly, a nice smile works wonders. Agreed with other reviews, towels and linen could be better. Saw random ants occasionally. Noisy at times with other guest. Barking dog woke me up, well, normally wouldn't bother me, but I'm a night shifter who needs beauty sleep. 😴Typical hotel breakfast waffles, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, well, that one got me 🤔 We went to IHOP instead 😋.

Front desk staff were not friendly. Sorry I inconvenienced you for towels for my room that didn’t have any. Pool and hot tub not open - update your website this was a disappointment. Before you believe you’re getting breakfast, it is far from one. Gluten free people - there was an unrip banana for you. Save your $$ and book some place else.

Positive: The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even at the late hour we checked in. The small suite was fairly spacious, but a bit underwhelming for the cost. Negative: Short and simple. The room was dirty. Not trashed, but definitely not appropriately cleaned. Curtains have stains on them, the bathtub/shower was stained, carpet was stained, couch was stained, and worst by far the sheets did not appear clean.
